Guerilla girls

This group of anonymous female artists, writers and performers
call themselves "your cultural conscience," and are
on a mission to point out the glaring inequalities in the entertainment
world. They do this by using humor, mainly through posters that
they encourage readers to print out and stick up as a form of
protest. They point out statistics like: only 20% of roles for
actors over 40 go to women, 94% of the Oscar Writing awards have
gone to men, African-Americans get only 13.4% of acting jobs.
